Founded by Colin Kaepernick, Lumi is revolutionizing storytelling through the power of Generative AI. Our mission is to empower anyone to be a storyteller, fostering diversity and innovation. We're a high-performing team committed to delivering cutting-edge AI generation capabilities, enabling users to craft unique characters, create compelling stories, and more — all from the comfort of their living room.

Today, we work with K12 schools where students create comics and graphic novels in the classroom. We work closely with teachers to address student engagement, literacy rates, and more. Soon we plan to launch our platform to the broader public.

Responsibilities

Create and lead the onboarding process for new schools, including teachers and admin, both in person and virtual, ensuring a smooth and impactful introduction to Lumi’s platform.
Plan and execute professional development sessions, empowering educators to integrate storytelling and technology into their classrooms effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and district leaders, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for Lumi, while facilitating regular meetings to monitor progress, gather feedback, and address challenges.
Organize and oversee end-of-year showcases, speaker events, and enrichment trips ensuring exceptional delivery and alignment with program goals, with success measured by participant numbers and engagement levels..
Serve as the voice of the customer, working closely with Lumi’s product and leadership teams to refine offerings, with key metrics including the ability to independently implement, track, collect, and structure data such as NPS and Voice of Customer reports
Own the activation and retention of your accounts, ensuring strong ongoing engagement with Lumi’s platform.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, demonstrating strong project management skills, a crucial capability for success in this role.

Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in customer success, education program management, account management, or a related field.
– Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
– Passion for education and a strong understanding of the unique needs of schools and districts.– Comfort with presenting in professional development settings and leading discussions with diverse audiences.
– Familiarity with cutting edge technology platforms and an enthusiasm for learning and teaching new tools.
– Excitement for AI, storytelling, and comics and a drive to revolutionize education and empower creators.

Compensation
– Salary range: $90,000 - $145,000
– Equity range: 0.02% - 0.1%

Location
Remote within the US, with regular in-person meet-ups
