Today, we work with K12 schools where students create comics and graphic novels in the classroom. We work closely with teachers to address student engagement, literacy rates, and more.
Responsibilities
– Lead the onboarding process for new schools, ensuring a smooth and impactful introduction to Lumi’s platform.
– Plan and execute professional development sessions, empowering educators to integrate storytelling and technology into their classrooms effectively.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, administrators, and district leaders, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for Lumi.
– Facilitate regular school and district meetings to monitor progress, gather feedback, and address any challenges.
– Organize and oversee enrichment trips, speaker events, and end-of-year showcases, ensuring exceptional delivery and alignment with program goals.
– Utilize Lumi’s built-in feedback tools to gather insights from users and translate them into actionable improvements.
– Serve as the voice of the customer, working closely with Lumi’s product and leadership teams to refine and enhance offerings.

Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in customer success, education program management, or a related field.
– Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
– Passion for education and a strong understanding of the unique needs of schools and districts.
– Comfort with presenting in professional development settings and leading discussions with diverse audiences.
– Familiarity with technology platforms and an enthusiasm for learning and teaching new tools.
Compensation
– Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
– Equity range: 0.02% - 0.06%
Location
Remote within the US, with regular in-person meet-ups.
